website.ky provides automated website analysis and reporting. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent any rate limits or access controls.
Free scans are provided on a best-effort basis. Results are informational only and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. We reserve the right to limit scan frequency to prevent abuse.
Report purchases are for a single domain scan. Memberships provide unlimited scans for the duration of the subscription period. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Asking for a quote is free and creates no obligation on either side. A quote is only an offer once we confirm it in writing, and no work starts or is charged until you approve it. We cannot guarantee particular rankings, traffic or sales results.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour without prior notice.
The website.ky brand, design, and codebase are the property of website.ky. Scan results are generated for your personal or business use. Members may share their branded PDF reports with their own clients; you may not resell the raw service or present it as your own tool.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. website.ky scan results are not a substitute for professional SEO, security, or legal advice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when terms were last updated.
